When using our griddle, it is important to take certain precautions to prevent sticking and warping. Preheating the griddle at high temperatures can lead to burning cooking oil onto the surface, making it difficult to remove. To avoid warping, it is recommended to avoid using large quantities of frozen food on a hot griddle and to preheat the griddle on a medium setting. Exposing the griddle to temperatures exceeding 400 degrees may cause damage, and if it is made of Teflon, temperatures should not exceed 350 degrees. After use, ensure the griddle is completely cooled before cleaning.
